Just in case you need to think of something new to be thankful for this holiday season.....
This is undoubtedly one of the most interesting e-mails I've ever received. Take a good look at the family size & diet of each country, and the availability & cost of what is eaten in one week.

Sad to say, our family eats more junk and fast food than is good for us. I'm stunned and humbled by how little food the last few families eat.

This is an incredible post! What a reality check. It is obsene what we eat especially as North Americans. But not just the amount, but what we eat!
